With a new office established in the United States to support increasing demand from our clients, we are currently looking for Senior OutSystems Tech Leads and Developers to join our team.

What will you be doing?

As Senior OutSystems Tech Lead / Developer, you will work with our clients on innovative applications addressing complex business challenges.  Together with the team, you are responsible for leading the design, development and deployment of enterprise applications leveraging the OutSystems platform.  You will have the opportunity to do complex but fun work for large and often internationally operating companies (such as Heineken, Syngenta, and Bosch), while internally you are part of an informal, friendly, entrepreneurial group of people.  NovioQ is a valued partner of OutSystems worldwide. We are a company known for our OutSystems expertise and integrations with Enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce.

How and where will you be working?

You will be working in a growing team that is enthusiastic about technology. Based out of the US, you will be front and center with our clients yet also a key conduit to our Dutch (Nijmegen) and Portuguese (Lisbon) teams. Our US home office is in Boston, but your location can be flexible. Depending on the phase of work, you may be on–site with a client, in the Boston area building and leading a team, or working remotely with our other EU-based teams.

What will you bring?

Adapting yourself to the working methods of a customer is no problem for you. As a Tech Lead / Senior Developer, you are able to lead a client engagement, manage a multinational team and coach/build the domestic US team.  With your customer-oriented attitude, you are and feel responsible for the proper roll-out of the product. From start to finish, you will have an important role in designing and building new applications. You are an enthusiastic team player and enjoy helping and guiding less experienced colleagues. Ultimately, you are or will become one of the key forces within our team.
