Warehouse Storage Unit Scan (SAP)
The customer requested an application with the following high-level requirements: Build a responsive website for scanning pallets in the warehouse and confirming the transfer order. NovioQ developed a solution mirroring the functionality of SAP’s LM02 transactions, providing a responsive website in only 2 weeks.
Manufacture Process Facilitation (SAP)
This application is used to facilitate the manufacturing process in one of the client’s plants. Several types of factory components can be maintained and placed into one of their production lines. Print sheets are created to facilitate the relocation of these components, and several PDF and Excel reports can be downloaded for auditing purposes.
Compose & Approve Outgoing Mail
NovioQ designed an app that shows incoming emails and provides the company with a workflow to compose and approve outgoing emails. Within this app, attachments, images and regular text formatting can be added. Once it has been submitted for approval, the approvers receive a notification and can approve/reject the email and add comments. IMAP is used to send all emails and notifications.
Translation Tool in Azure
The Translation Tool application was designed in order to allow the physical document translation of different document types (.docx, .pdf,.xlsx) through the usage of an Azure cognitive translation service. In this way, communication between diverse teams and operations is ensured with security and clarity.
Leave Management App for External Resources
This app allows managing leave requests and approvals of external operational resources. The client has legal obligations to manage this thoroughly and auditable. Resources can log in to the app, create leave requests and route them to Managers for approval. Within this app, admins can set leave policies, workflows, and other administrative tasks.
SAP Production Planning and Forecasting
The Production & Levelling application allows planning and forecasting the allocation of materials in the assembly lines for several factories allowing planners to control production lines with customer requests while creating planned orders in SAP.
LDT 2.0
This app is based on the concept of LDT, but this time it allows making decisions on harvested products and how to improve them by recommending treatments based on test results.
Import Docs Generation
This company ships agricultural products and chemicals worldwide to 150+ countries, where each country can have its own customs documentation requirements set down by law. Instead of creating import-export documentation in SAP, which is time-consuming and inflexible, this app allows for dynamic, configurable configuration of pdf output, based on SAP data, that can be set per country and changed at will by the end-users.
eSUpplier Portal
The E-Supplier Portal was designed to improve communication between our client and its supplier community. The portal streamlines information to be shared with the suppliers, whilst allowing them to input data like Order Acknowledgments and ASNs.
