The customer requested an application with the following high-level requirements: Build a responsive website for scanning pallets in the warehouse and confirming the transfer order. NovioQ developed a solution mirroring the functionality of SAP’s LM02 transactions, providing a responsive website in only 2 weeks.
This application is used to facilitate the manufacturing process in one of the client’s plants. Several types of factory components can be maintained and placed into one of their production lines. Print sheets are created to facilitate the relocation of these components, and several PDF and Excel reports can be downloaded for auditing purposes.
NovioQ designed an app that shows incoming emails and provides the company with a workflow to compose and approve outgoing emails. Within this app, attachments, images and regular text formatting can be added. Once it has been submitted for approval, the approvers receive a notification and can approve/reject the email and add comments. IMAP is used to send all emails and notifications.

Instead of creating import-export documentation in SAP, which is time-consuming and inflexible, this app allows for dynamic, configurable configuration of pdf output, based on SAP data, that can be set per country and changed at will by the end-users.
The E-Supplier Portal was designed to improve communication between our client and its supplier community. The portal streamlines information to be shared with the suppliers, whilst allowing them to input data like Order Acknowledgments and ASNs.
