Roy has been working in enterprise IT for nearly 30 years, starting on an IBM mainframe, then moving to SAP. Throughout this time, Roy maintained focus on doing the right thing for his clients and building a reputation as an independent voice. Ten years ago, Roy started looking beyond the SAP ecosystem for a more agile and capable web and app development platform and found OutSystems. After several significant projects bringing these technologies together at client sites, Roy started NovioQ. He is a co-author of the OutSystems SAP Connector and has written several articles on OutSystems and SAP. When not engaged at NovioQ, Roy can be found playing sports, running a small theater, and mostly spending time with his family.
Claudio is an experienced IT professional with more than two decades of industry experience. He began his career as a software developer and has had experience across diverse sectors such as banking, retail, aviation, environmental, and more. After working with OutSystems for several years, Claudio co-founded NovioQ PT. Today, Claudio leverages his extensive industry insights and leadership skills to drive the company’s expansion and nurture client relationships. When not engaged with NovioQ, Claudio enjoys spending quality time with his family and practices water sports and mountain hiking.
Isabelle van der Made has been an active member of the OutSystems community since 2011 and a part of NovioQ since 2019. During this time she has worked with clients such as Robert Bosch GmbH and Heineken and helped many clients achieve great business outcomes. As NovioQ’s Commercial Director, based in Nijmegen, Isabelle works with our amazing global team to make our customers’ prospects and colleagues feel respected and valued. When not working with the NovioQ team and clients, Isabelle enjoys spending time outdoors but most of all spending quality time with her family and friends.
Willy is a 25 year veteran of the software industry, most of that time helping clients unleash innovation through the use of enterprise Low Code platforms. Working with Industry leaders Pega, Insurance core systems provider Duck Creek and most recently OutSystems, Willy now leads the NovioQ North American business. Willy lives just outside of Boston and when not working, can usually be found out on the ocean or the ski slopes of New England.
Vittoria joined NovioQ in 2023 after obtaining her PhD in Material sciences. By taking a deepdive into the world of application development, she joined NovioQ to manage its DACH-based clients, with a strong focus on her clients’ new way of app development management. She is also busy expanding the number of projects and client base in the DACH region. When she is not busy supporting our DACH clients, she will be found climbing walls and crafting things, from ceramics to rugs.
